A poster at a West Virginia Republican Party event at the Capitol featured a poster linking U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar and 9/11. The House sergeant at arms has resigned after a delegate alleged she called all Muslims terrorists. Frank Vascellero of CBS Minnesota reports.
